Background
The U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem is seeking to contract for tactical training facility services to support the training of its Local Guard Force, Assistant Program Directors (APD), Regional Security Office (RSO) agents, and Marine Security Guard Detachment (MSG Det.).

The goal of this contract is to provide a comprehensive training environment that includes shooting ranges, classrooms, and other necessary facilities to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of embassy security personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following services:
1. Use of shooting range for up to 12 shooters for a total of 671 hours annually.
2. Use of Dojo training hall for up to 22 trainees for a total of 406 hours annually.
3. Provision of cardboard targets on stands, totaling 614 units.
4. Exclusive use of a lockable storeroom for equipment storage throughout the contract period.
5. Access to classrooms for a total of 312 hours annually.
6. Use of tactical training areas for a total of 72 hours annually.
7. Exclusive use of a staff room throughout the contract period.
8. Use of a 'dry' firearms training area for a total of 376 hours annually.

The contractor must ensure that all facilities meet specified safety and operational standards, including having the necessary legal authorizations from Israeli authorities.

Period of Performance
The anticipated performance period is for a base year of twelve months with four optional one-year extensions at the discretion of the Government.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the U.S. Embassy Branch Office in Tel Aviv, Israel.
