The Contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational services forU.S. Pavilions at international expositions. Orders may be placed for in-scope serviceswhich may include full scale operational services for Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbiaand Expo 2030 in Riyadh.

The Contractor will work in partnership with the Department of State to effectivelymanage risks, ensuring the Pavilion environment is safe and comfortable for visitors,staff, and contractors.
Contract Type:The anticipated Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract will utilize Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) line items to the maximum possible.

The contract will have a five-year ordering period, with the inclusion of FAR Clause52.217-8 for a potential extension of up to six months. Orders with option periods maybe issued at any time during the life of the contract.

Expo 2027 Belgrade is a Specialized Exhibition registered by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), taking place May 15 August 15, 2027. The U.S. Pavilion will serve as an official representation of the United States, advancing U.S. foreign policy priorities, commercial promotion, and cultural diplomacy. The Pavilion is expected to welcome more than 4.1 million visitors and must reflect American innovation, values, and leadership.

The U.S. Department of State (DoS) requires a fully integrated Operator to deliver expertise in large-scale event management, cultural programming, branding, visitor engagement, security, staffing, technical operations, protocol, and hospitality. They should ensure seamless daily operations, alignment with U.S. values, donor integration, innovation, and impactful visitor experiences. At all times, the operator is meant to deliver with the United States of America's best interests and goals in mind as well as prioritize staff, experience, and directives given by the Department of State Expo Unit.

Expo 2030 Riyadh is a World Expo registered by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) scheduled to run from 1 October 2030 to 31 March 2031 in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the theme Foresight for Tomorrow with sub-themes of Transformational Technology, Sustainable Solutions, and Prosperous People. World Expo 2030 Riyadh will be one of the largest Exhibitions in history, hosted on a purpose-built site covering approximately six square kilometers and expected to attract over 40 million visits and participation from nearly 197 countries. The U.S. Pavilion will serve as the official representation of the United States, advancing American values, culture, innovation, and foreign policy priorities while delivering impactful, memorable experiences to a global audience.
