a) Provide answers to comments and questions received regarding the IAR RFP

b) Correct Section G.2 of the RFP to replace (202) 307-1967 with (202) 307-1928.

c) To extend the submission deadline to 2:00pm ET, June 21, 2019.

The Criminal Division of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS), International Asset Recovery (IAR) Support Services is issusing a solicitation for which the DOJ intends to award a single-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a schedule of fixed unit price, labor hour rates and other direct cost (ODC) handling charge factors. These services will include support for DOJ, Department of the Treasury, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies involved in federal seizure and forfeiture activities. Support capabilities are needed in order to facilitate the Government's ability to investigate, identify, restrain, forfeit, and dispose of non-fungible assets located abroad. This requirement is being solicited on a full-and-open basis utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. This is a formal solicitation and please see the attached solicitation for for further details.
