Intercom Systems for San Simon School

Background
The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is issuing this solicitation for the purchase and installation of an intercom system at San Simon Elementary School located in Sells, Arizona. The goal of this contract is to enhance communication capabilities within the school environment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

This project is part of the agency's commitment to improving educational facilities for Native American students.

Work Details
The contractor will install a Wahsega IP Intercom System (or equal) at San Simon School. The system will include:
- 24 In-Ceiling 2x2 IP speakers
- 10 outdoor IP speakers
- 23 small IP displays with speakers
- 4 extra-large IP displays with speakers
- 2 large IP displays with speakers

Additionally, each classroom will require a Call Button, replacing existing locations; there are a total of 33 call button locations. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, employee training, services, insurance, and equipment necessary for the project. The contractor is responsible for removing debris, any required painting to match existing conditions, and drywall repairs resulting from the installation. The current intercom system will not be removed.
