Interactive Whiteboards

The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award, on a Brand Name basis, an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for interactive whiteboards (IWBs) with integrated projectors, educator resources, warranty support and installation when required. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-11-R-0004, and will be issued as a Request for Proposal. Interested parties should ensure information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/, is accurate and current. This requirement is unrestricted. Offerors shall submit offers in accordance with submission instructions in the solicitation by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time 30 August 2011. Telephonic requests for clarification and/or information concerning this solicitation will not be addressed. All inquiries shall be submitted in writing via email to sabra.boynton@am.dodea.edu no later than 26 August 2011. Answers to inquiries will be provided by amendment(s) to the solicitation. DDESS is a Federal Government Agency, an education activity, and tax exempt.
