Background
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-24-R-6200 on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Undersea Warfare Systems (UWS), Submarine Combat and Weapons Control Program Office (PMS 425) for INTER SUBSYSTEM MONITORING TOOL (ISMT) ON-BOARD TEAM TRAINER ? MASTER CONTROLLER (OBTT-MC). The solicitation will be competed via a small business set aside. The Government intends to award a single contract without discussions, as permitted by 52.215-1, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.

TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
To respond to the NAVSEA PEO UWS PMS425 Solicitation N00024-24-R-6200, your company may receive access to performance specifications and other Technical Data that shall only be used to generate questions, comments, and proposal in regards to the above referenced Solicitation. The Recipient must comply with DoD 5220.22-M, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and meet the SECRET Security Clearance. The Recipient may NOT duplicate, transmit, or post the above documents/data in a manner contrary to the guidance provided herein or the restrictive markings contained on and within the specific documents.
