Intent to Sole Source - SirsiDynix

Background
The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Sirsi Corp for the acquisition of an Integrated Library System (ILS) used by the USITC Library.

The goal of this contract is to provide a FedRAMP-certified ILS that meets the library's operational and functional needs.

Work Details
The contractor will provide an Integrated Library System (ILS) that includes the following tasks and services:
1. Management of the ITC Library’s print resources.
2. Support for cataloging, circulation, OPAC/Discovery, user management, reporting, system hosting, and technical support.
3. The ILS must deliver core services such as cataloging, circulation, patron management, and OPAC/Discovery while integrating smoothly with existing workflows and the EBSCO Discovery Service.
4. The selected system must be FedRAMP-certified and suitable for a small federal library with a collection under 4,000 volumes.
