The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM), on behalf of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), PMW 150, intends to award a modification to sole source Indefinite Delivery Requirements (IDR) contract N0003916D0075 with Raytheon Secure Information Systems LLC (hereafter called Raytheon) located at 2000 E El Segundo Blvd, El Segundo, California 90245 4501. The modification award is to produce and store an additional 1,700 Link 22 Modernized Link Level COMSEC (LLC 7M) devices under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302 1, Only One Responsible Source.
