Intent to Sole Source Giant Voice Maintenance

This notice is in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The National Guard Bureau, Air National Guard, 174th Attack Wing Contracting, is the contracting office for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to announce the intent to award, on a sole-source basis, a fixed price Purchase Order to Science Applications International Corporation - SAIC, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106(b) soliciting from a single source.

ATI would send a field service representative to perform the annually preventative maintenance and ATI will provide technical telephone support

This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested sources that believe they can meet the requirements may submit a capability statement no later than September 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM ET to the point of contact for this notice. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.
