Description

This is an intent to sole source for: 22,050 vials of warm based, commercially produced licensed VIGIV to the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response's (ASPR), Strategic National Stockpile (SNS); provide the yearly stability and dating extension of the 31 historical lots of licensed VIGIV currently in stock within the SNS that were delivered under contract 200-2002-00357; overlabel or change out the shelf cartons of these historical lots at the four (4) SNS sites annually and maintain the VA-005 clinical study. During options years 2-10, an additional 200,930 vials of VIG and services may be awarded.
Emergent BioSoluions is belived to be the only Food and Drug Adminsistration (FDA) license holder of VIG and therefore the only contractor who can perform this requirement.
This is a follow-on to CDC contracts 200-2002-00357, 200-2012-52242, and 200-2018-96321. This is not a small business set aside.
