Description

This is a notification of an intent to award three Delivery/Task Orders sole source contract to Anovorx Distribution LLC. under NAICS code 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation and Manufacturing for the Indian Health Services for a period of performance from July 25, 2025 to April 14, 2026 under the authority of FSS Limited Source Justification, Orders Against FSS, FAR FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B)), Only One Source.

The Phoenix Area Pharmacy Consultant is requesting three Delivery/Task Order Sole Source Awards to Anovorx Distribution, LLC, distributor for Rare Disease Therapeutic Inc FSS #36F79718D0404, to provide Anascorp, Centroides (Scorpion) Immune F(ab')2(Equine), Injection on a as needed basis from July 25, 2025 to April 14, 2026 for the clinics and hospitals under the Phoenix Area. Anovorx will provide a Anascorp Injection on a As Needed Basis.

Anovorx Distribution, LLC is the only contractor to offer ANASCORP [Centruroides (Scorpion) Immune F(ab')2 (Equine) Injection] is an equine-derived antivenom indicated for treatment of patients with clinical signs of scorpion envenomation.

Anascorp is composed of venom-specific F(ab')2 fragments of immunoglobulin G (IgG) that bind and neutralize venom toxins, facilitating redistribution away from target tissues and elimination from the body. Physician will initiate treatment with Anascorp Injection as soon as possible after scorpion sting in patients who develop clinically important signs of scorpion envenomation, including but not limited to loss of muscle control, roving or abnormal eye movements, slurred speech, respiratory distress, excessive salivation, frothing at the mouth and vomiting.

Anascrop Injection is widely used by the Southwest Regional Indian Health Services Hospitals and Clinics including Tucson Area, Albuquerque Area and Phoenix Area.

If you can provide the supplies requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to donovan.conley@ihs.gov referencing notice number IHS1509028-PAO1 by 4:00 PM August 8, 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed. Information provided will be used to assess tradeoffs and alternatives available for the potential requirement and may lead to the development of a solicitation. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.

Any solicitation resulting from the analysis of information obtained will be announced to the public in Federal Business Opportunities in accordance with the FAR Part 5. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response.
