Intent to Establish Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for CompTIA Exam Vouchers and Continuing Education (CE) Tokens

Background
The Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of CompTIA Exam Vouchers and Continuing Education (CE) Tokens. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the agency can efficiently acquire these essential educational resources to support its mission.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of fifteen (15) specific brand-name CompTIA items as detailed in Attachment 1. Offerors must demonstrate their capability to provide all required items and must be licensed/authorized resellers of CompTIA products, including a 'Letter of Supply' with their quote.

The evaluation will focus on technical acceptability based on the completeness of the quote, which must include pricing for all required items. The evaluation criteria include:
- Technical Acceptability: Quotes must demonstrate a clear understanding of the scope of work and capability to fulfill requirements.
- Price: Quotes will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) methodology. Offerors are required to fill in all cells highlighted yellow in Attachment 1 with their pricing.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is six (6) months from the quote due date.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to locations specified by the Acquisition Management and Integration Center.
