Description

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of Intellihot IQ751 Water Heaters in accordance with the attached documents.

Background
This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of Intellihot IQ751 Water Heaters. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and is a brand name Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, accessories, and materials needed to properly start up and ensure proper communication between water heaters at building 1075, on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The contractor shall provide all material to complete the initial startup and communication link using standard commercial practices. The performance period will be 30 calendar days after order to proceed. Working hours will be from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The contractor shall coordinate initial start up with HVAC Shop Foreman Robert Pope or HVAC Section Chief TSgt Jordan Kirk @ 406-731-4933. The contractor shall use the proper computer for startup and linking the systems together. The contractor shall provide 4 hours of training on the new installation of equipment.
