Integrated voice services

Background
The contract is a follow-on to N0018922D0025, with Verizon as the incumbent. The requirement focuses on providing and maintaining integrated voice services through Central Office-based dial tone facilities for defense activities at Naval Station Norfolk, VA, including Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Lafayette River Annex, and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/Fort Story.

These services are managed by the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) and the Base Communications Office (BCO).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering integrated voice and data telecommunication services. Key tasks include:
1. Ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough completion of all contract/task order requirements.
2. Adhering to performance standards related to schedule, deliverables, and past performance evaluations.
3. Implementing surveillance methods such as random sampling, periodic inspections, and addressing validated customer complaints to monitor performance.
4. Meeting performance measurement criteria outlined in the QASP MATRIX which includes:
- Contract deliverables must be submitted timely with over 95% accuracy without rework.
- Service usability must align with PWS specifications.
- Compliance with safety standards during service execution.
5. Monthly invoicing must be accurate and submitted as per contract procedures.

The services will be performed at various locations in Norfolk, VA including Naval Station Norfolk, Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Lafayette River Annex, and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/Fort Story.
