Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, is issuing this contract for Integrated Vegetation Management services aimed at mitigating the impacts on Bonneville Unit Mitigation Lands. The goal of this contract is to manage and control noxious and invasive weeds to support the ecological health of these lands.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Integrated Vegetation Management services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Treating and controlling noxious and invasive weeds using various methods including chemical, mechanical, and biological approaches.
2. Conducting post-treatment inspections and comprehensive reporting on activities and results.
3. Developing a detailed technical approach that includes obtaining necessary licenses (e.g., herbicide applicator licenses), identifying equipment for treatment, and listing chemicals intended for use.
4. Demonstrating experience with similar projects that involve treating areas with geographical challenges such as steep terrains or sensitive ecological zones.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from March 20, 2026, to March 19, 2031.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted in Salt Lake City, Utah, specifically at the Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission located at 230 South 500 East, Suite 230.
