Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 562111 – Solid Waste Collection with a size standard of $41.5M. The purpose of this notice is to establish a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase and delivery of Integrated Solid Waste, Recycling, and Pavement Clearance Services IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment 1, dated November 2022.

Work Details
The tasks/services to be completed under the contract include integrated solid waste, recycling, and pavement clearance services at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam properties. The Period of Performance (POP) consists of a Base Year, plus one, 1-Year Option, and a discretionary six (6) month extension. The Base Year is from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024, Option Year One is from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, and the Six-Month Extension is from 1 April 2025 to 30 September 2025 (discretionary).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at All Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam properties.
