Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform Integrated Solid Waste Management services at ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, GUAM.Questions regarding this announcement must be submitted in writing via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website at https://piee.eb.mil no later than 10 July 2025, 3:00 P.M. ChST.
Background
The United States Air Force is issuing a contract for Integrated Solid Waste Management Services at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The mission of this contract is to ensure effective waste management practices that align with environmental standards and support the operational needs of the base.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, and other items and services necessary to perform Integrated Solid Waste Management services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Collection of solid waste from designated locations on the base.
- Transportation of collected waste to appropriate disposal or recycling facilities.
- Maintenance of equipment used in waste collection and processing.
- Reporting on waste management activities and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Coordination with base personnel to ensure efficient operations.
