Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit are scheduled for 24 April 2020
**Individuals are required to have a BASE ACCESS PASS for the event. If the attendee does not possess a valid pass, please submit the 1-Day O icial Entry/Exit Request (Attachment (3)) to the Contract Specialists via email to all of three: emiko.uyama.ja@fe.navy.mil ,
youko.abe.ja@usmc.mil and reiko.nishimoto.ja@usmc.mil no later than 17 April 2020, 11:00 AM, Japan Standard Time to coordinate for an escort.

All prospective Bidders are urged to attend this conference and the site visit. In order to make this conference as productive as possible, Bidders are requested to submit one week prior to the pre-bid conference, any questions they may have in writing via email to all of three: emiko.uyama.ja@fe.navy.mil ,
youko.abe.ja@usmc.mil and reiko.nishimoto.ja@usmc.mil. All Questions must be in writing and in English Only. All Questions / Inquiries must be submitted using Attachment (4), Government Pre-Bid Inquiry Form in Excel format. see the solicitation for more details.

Bids will be publicly opened at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY,) Building 1828, at the time for bid opening stated in this Invitation for Bids.
