NOTICE TO OFFEROR: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management (ISWM) Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Collection at F.E. Warren AFB (FEW AFB). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations according to the estimated workload factors available in Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 2 April 2025.

Background
The contract is issued by the United States Air Force for Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base (AFB). The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient and compliant municipal solid waste collection and management in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services to fulfill this requirement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management (ISWM) Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Collection at F.E. Warren AFB. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations according to the estimated workload factors available in Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 26 February 2025. Specific tasks include:
- Collection of municipal solid waste from designated areas within F.E. Warren AFB.
- Compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.
- Maintenance of equipment used for waste collection.
- Timely reporting of any issues or incidents related to waste management operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from September 1, 2025, through January 31, 2030.
