Background
The Department of the Navy is soliciting quotes for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for 'Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) for Industrial Waste Collection and Disposal Services in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), JAPAN by 100% Non-Recurring Work Items Contract (U.S. Naval Installations in KANTO Plain)'. The requirement encompasses services for U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Yokohama including Tsurumi, North Dock, Negishi, Hakozaki, Urago, Ikego and Nagai Area. The resulting contract will have one Base Period and seven one-year Option Periods comprised of non-recurring Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).

Work Details
The contractor shall perform industrial waste collection and disposal services including furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental related work, and perform the non-recurring services as per the attached Performance Work Statement. The bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen.
The resulting contract will have a Base Period from 7 Sep 2023 through 6 Aug 2024 or when NOT-TO-EXCEED (NTE) AMOUNT is met whichever comes first. Additionally, there are seven one-year Option Periods for performing the same services.

The period of performance includes the Base Period from 7 Sep 2023 through 6 Aug 2024 and seven one-year Option Periods.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Yokohama including Tsurumi, North Dock, Negishi, Hakozaki, Urago, Ikego and Nagai Area.
