This sources sought announcement is issued solely for informational, planning purposes and market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. This sources sought is seeking interest from all 8(a) small business concerns capable and interested in performing Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Services for Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB), Texas.

Attached is a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) which gives a general description of the scope of work that is projected to be performed at the various locations. A final PWS will be issued at the same time as the solicitation; date is to be determined. Please keep in mind the attached draft PWS does not define the final requirement.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, and the small business size standards is $38.5 million. All interested parties are to provide a brief statement of capability outlining their expertise via past/current work relative to this requirement. It is imperative that interested parties responding to this sources sought articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. It should also include the below information about your company/institution, or any teaming or joint venture partners:

Any information provided is voluntary. Telephone calls will not be accepted. A debriefing on the results will not be provided by the Government. All information submitted will be held in a confidential manner and will only be used for the purpose intended.

Be advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this sources sought. All cost associated with this sources sought will be solely at the expense of the respondents. Additionally all submissions becomes government property and will not be returned. No basis for a claim against the government shall arise as a result from a response to this sources sought.
