The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. ?This solicitation outlines the requirements for solid waste management services, specifically municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and cardboard recycling, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Background
The solicitation is issued by the Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, for Integrated Solid Waste Management services, specifically focusing on municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and cardboard recycling. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, labor, transportation, supervision, storage, and personnel necessary to deliver Integrated Solid Waste Management Services for Eglin AFB. This includes:
- Base Year services for a duration of 12 months.
- Roll-Off Container Disposal Fees for approximately 1,290 actual tons.
- Refuse Disposal Fees for approximately 4,625 actual tons.
- Option Years (up to four additional years) with similar requirements as the base year. Each option year will also include Roll-Off Container Disposal Fees and Refuse Disposal Fees based on the same tonnage estimates as the base year.
- A potential 6-month extension of services may be included at the end of the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 for the base year with options extending through September 30, 2029.
