Integrated Security Services Contract (ISSC4) Pre-Solicitation Notice   3

Background
This is a pre-solicitation notice for the Integrated Security Services Contract (ISSC4) in support of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). ISSC is a total system approach for providing integrated electronic and physical security systems for the Pentagon Reservation, Mark Center, Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ), DoD leased facilities, and Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) in Adams County, PA and Washington County, MD.

Work Details
This contract shall require the contractor to maintain, repair, install, and support all aspects of electronic security systems, including but not limited to, access control; intrusion detection; visual surveillance and intelligent video analytics; physical security information management; license plate recognition; gunshot detection; under vehicle inspection; identity, credential, and access management; mass notification; biometric and multi-modal authentication; computer aided dispatch and other law enforcement mission applications; chemical, biological, radiological detection and mitigation; and operations center collaboration visualization systems.
Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of a 5-year ordering period.
