Background
The Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) is issuing this Integrated Security Services Contract 5 (ISSC) to provide comprehensive security integrator services across multiple facilities.

Deliverables include Backup Plan Assessment Report, Quarterly Data Recovery Test Results, Quarterly System Failover Test Report, and an Asset Management SOP.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract includes one base year of 12 months with four additional option years, each lasting 12 months.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the National Capital Region (NCR), including but not limited to the Pentagon Reservation, Mark Center Security Operations Center, Raven Rock Mountain Complex, and other DoD occupied facilities.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide key personnel with specific qualifications including a Program Manager with at least 15 years of experience in security systems implementation and sustainment, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and an active Top Secret security clearance. Other key personnel must also meet defined qualifications related to their roles.
