Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Centers (IRMAC) Services for the Florida Panhandle   3

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Southern Markets Contracting Division (SMCD), San Antonio, Texas, intends to issue a solicitation for Integrated Referral Management and Appointing Centers (IRMAC). This project work consists of nonpersonal services; these services include, Appointment Clerks/Referral Management Clerks, Referral Management Registered Nurses (RNs), Referral Management Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), a Service Provider Manager (SPM), a Supervisor, and Leads; a total of seventy-two (72) FTEs. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing IRMAC services in support of all Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) for the Florida Panhandle, comprised of Eglin Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, and Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida.

The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is three (3) years and five (5) months (one 5-month base period with three 12-month option periods).

This requirement is being solicitated as an 8(a) competitive contract, resulting in one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award being made as a result of trade-off evaluation of proposals. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999 - All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services. The Small Business Administration's size standard for this NAICS code is $20,500,000.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is HT940824R0002. This solicitation will be available on/about 7 February 2024, will close on/about 29 February 2024, and will be posted on www.sam.gov. Prospective offerors are advised that any selected awardee must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) and have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made, and provide proof of an Active Certification that prospective offerors are 8(a) certified with the SBA. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be physically issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
