Integrated ESS and EKC Systems Support for DLA   2

Background
This requirement is to provide acquisition lifecycle management support for the DLA Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Electronic Key Control (EKC) systems for DLA facilities at various locations throughout contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). The IESS is part of an overall physical security plan to maintain 24-7 operability to ensure continuous protection and monitoring of DLA facilities, personnel, and property resources.

Work Details
The tasks include providing acquisition lifecycle management support for the DLA Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Electronic Key Control (EKC) systems, including design, acquisition, build, sustainment and maintenance, cybersecurity support, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency maintenance, and sustainment for associated equipment/hardware and software. The work also involves installation, daily operations, testing, inspection, support for upgrades, patches, migrations, enhancements, cybersecurity assessments and artifacts. The tasks are divided into six areas: Project Management Support, ESS Design Support, ESS Acquisition and Build Support, EKC Design and Acquisition Build Support, ESS and EKC Sustainment and Maintenance Support, Cybersecurity Support.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The maximum potential contract ordering period is five years. The total amount of all orders placed against all IDIQ contracts resulting from this solicitation shall not exceed $65 million over a five-year contract period.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the contract will be performed include various facilities throughout contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
