Description

The contractor shall continue to perform the tasks established within the contract parameters for the IESS Head End Maintenance and Installation Services as outlined in the statement of work:
- provide normal. preventive. an emergency maintenance for the various components of the IESS which include Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems
- provide upgrades/updates to the IESS and its components on an as-needed basis
- Perform IESS database configuration and programming changes on an as-needed basis
- Provide IESS system documentation management and updates
- Perform installation of systems and components in support of the IESS on an as-needed basis
- Provide technical advice and solutions related to the IESS
