Integrated Data Base System Support (IDSS) used by ITW/AA community - 8(a) Firm

Background
The Space Systems Command (SSC) is supporting the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITW/AA) Program Office.
The goal of this contract is to sustain and enhance the Integrated Database System Support (IDSS), a web-based application utilized by the ITW/AA community, including NORAD, USNORTHCOM, United States Space Force (USSF), and associated Government Program Office contractors.
The primary objectives are to ensure the continued sustainment of the IDSS system while modernizing its hardware and software technical baselines.

Work Details
The tasks and services to be completed under this contract include:
1. Modernizing the hardware and software technical baselines of the IDSS system.
2. Maintaining and enhancing the Integrated Database System Support (IDSS), which consists of three major components:
- Integrated Incident Report (IR): Tracks incident reports and System Center Outage Reports (SCOR), serving as a database repository for meeting minutes related to these events and allowing documentation of unexpected behavior on operationally accepted mission systems.
- Standard Change Form (SCF): Manages creation of SCFs, system user procedures, and System Change Requests (SCR). It stores requested system changes, addresses deficiencies in the system and technical documentation, and modifies mission configurations without requiring a new software build.
- Integrated Weapon System Database (IWSD): Provides version control of programs, systems, interfaces, and messages, aiding engineers in developing new systems that interact with current systems.
3. Implementing cybersecurity reporting features specific for the CMSFS Network Operations Center (NOC) subsystem to create and manage cybersecurity incidents.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS).
