Background
The Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) is responsible for delivering critical medical assets during national emergencies. The SNS operates by maintaining and distributing medical supplies, providing technical assistance to public health departments, and ensuring the availability of key medical supplies during emergencies.

The U.S. Government aims to establish a contract for the immediate purchase of Insulated Shipping Containers (ISC) and Cold Packs to sustain readiness capabilities for healthcare settings during national emergencies and pandemic events.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply Insulated Shipping Containers and Cold Packs or Equivalent that meet the following specifications:
- Temperature controlled packing validated to maintain contained product at a temperature range of 2°C and 8°C for at least 96 hours with preconditioning.
- Maintain a temperature range of 2°C and 8°C during transit regardless of external temperatures.
- The use of Dry Ice is not acceptable.
- Three sizes of boxes are required:
- Small: Exterior ET 19" x 13" x 17", Interior ET 14” x 8” x 14”, Core box 6.5” x 5” x 4”.
- Medium: Exterior ET 23" x 19" x 21", Interior ET 18.5” x 14.5” x 16”, Core box 14.75” x 9.75” x 6.5”.
- Large: Exterior ET 27" x 26" x 28", Interior ET 22” x 21” x 25”, Core box 14.75” x 14.75” x 11.25”.
- Compliance with ISTA-3A Drop Test and ISTA-7D Winter and Summer Protocols.
- Refrigerants must have a shelf life of at least 2-4 years, while shipping boxes must have a minimum shelf life of four years.

Place of Performance
Products will be delivered to various SNS receiving facilities across the USA and potentially international locations.
