Instrument Service for Agilent LC-MS/MS   2

Background
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement for Agilent Preventative Maintenance.

The Applied Chemicals and Materials Division (ACMD) develops measurement science, standards, data, and measurement services to support new breathalyzers for forensic toxicology and clinical diagnosis. This includes the determination of 'breathprints' consisting of organic molecules with breath concentrations ranging from parts-per-billion (ppb) to parts-per-trillion (ppt).

To support this mission, ACMD utilizes LC-MS/MS (liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry) instruments.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide instrument service for an owned Agilent LC-MS/MS located at NIST, 325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305. The required services include:

- One on-site preventive maintenance visit for each 12-month period of the contract;
- OEM consumable parts required for preventive maintenance included in contract price;
- Unlimited on-site emergency repair visits;
- OEM parts required for repair included in contract price;
- OEM consumable parts required for repair included in contract price;
- Cost for service engineer labor and travel included in contract price;
- Replacement of any part/module/instrument that cannot be repaired;
- Unlimited remote technical support for hardware/software issues.

For each service call, the contractor shall submit a service report to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) that includes the service date.
