Background
The solicitation is for Instructional Services and this is Amendment 5 to the original posting dated Jul 6, 2021. Amendment 5 serves as corrective action based on a protest received in November 2021. This amendment only pertains to offerors that were determined to be in the competitive range.

Work Details
The work details include the requirement for offerors to acknowledge receipt of the amendment on each copy of the offer submitted, or by separate letter or electronic communication which includes a reference to the solicitation and amendment numbers. The failure of acknowledgment to be received at the designated place prior to the specified date and time may result in rejection of the offer.
If by virtue of this amendment an offeror desires to change an offer already submitted, such change may be made by letter or electronic communication, provided each letter or electronic communication makes reference to the solicitation and this amendment, and is received prior to the opening hour and date specified.
