Description

The purpose of this contract is to obtain full-time, short-term, and episodic technical, professional support professional management, program, and administrative support services for the USAID Bureau for Foreign Assistance (FA).
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking a contractor to provide full-time, short-term, and episodic technical and professional support services for the USAID Bureau for Foreign Assistance (FA). The purpose of this contract is to supplement the FA bureau's direct-hire staff and fill skills and capacity gaps to ensure the effective performance and functioning of the bureau. The services to be provided include policy analysis, budget analysis, evaluation and performance management support, communications support, and general administrative tasks and support. The estimated period of performance for this contract is from March 21, 2024, to March 20, 2029, with potential placements overseas or in remote work placements as specified in the Statement of Work or subsequent Contract modifications. The contractor must have a strong technical approach and provide comprehensive staffing support to meet all institutional requirements.
