Installation Support Services to the US Army Garrison-Redstone   4

The Army Contract Command Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama, is issuing this Solicitation for non-personal services in support Installation Support Services (ISS) to the US Army Garrison-Redstone (USAG-R) and USAG-R tenants.

The solicitation identifier is W9124P-20-R-0007. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 - Facilities Support Services, with a small business size standard of $41.5 million, Service Code: J056. The period of performance will consist of a 60-day phase in period, a five year base and five (5) 12-month options periods. The proposed solicitation will be a 100% Small Business (SB) set-aside.

This requirement involves providing non-personal Installation Support Services to the tenants and satellite organizations located at Redstone Arsenal (RSA). Home to over 80 tenants that employ over 43,000, Redstone Arsenal (RSA) is not only an Army Installation, but a Federal Center of Excellence. Installation Support Services under the anticipated contract include (but not limited to): US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Army Materiel Command (AMC), U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Missile Defense Agency (MDA), U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), US Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC), George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, National Aeronautics and Space (NASA), and various Program Executive Offices. Additionally, RSA is a finalist in hopes of becoming home of the Space Command Headquarters. ISS provides operation and maintenance services of the various 1,807 buildings, equipment, and systems throughout RSA.

ISS, to be performed primarily, involves maintenance and repair of real property and attached fixtures. The anticipated contract will procure material, supplies and labor support in the following performance areas: plant supervision, labor, and equipment for environmental services, landfill operations, facility and infrastructure maintenance, and engineering services. Environmental services consist of chemical lab operation, hazardous material management, restoration, recycling services, and steam boiler operation. Maintenance services consist of facilities, water, waste water, steam, gas, and electrical systems support.
