Background
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security, through the Federal Protective Service, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the installation of a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Thomas D. Lambros Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse located in Youngstown, Ohio.

The goal of this contract is to enhance security measures within the facility by implementing a modern surveillance system that meets federal standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, licenses, and permits necessary for the installation of a new stand-alone Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Thomas D. Lambros Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse.

The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment functions properly and meets specified requirements. The work includes:
1. Installation of the VSS as per the Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Provision of technical services, support, testing, maintenance, and repair of the system and its components throughout the contract period.
3. Compliance with applicable wage determinations under the Service Contract Act.
