Background
The USDA, APHIS, PPQ, FO, CHRP collaborates with state departments of agriculture and the citrus industry to safeguard the American citrus industry.

The Citrus Health Response Program (CHRP) aims to sustain the U.S. citrus industry, maintain grower access to export markets, and protect citrus-producing areas against exotic diseases and pests.

The current project involves addressing roof leaks at Building 6017 at Moore Air Base, which requires a new roof coating to prevent further water damage.

Work Details
The contractor will coat and seal the entire roof of Building 6017 with a quality elastomeric reflective roof coating and repair any significant roof leaks that cannot be resolved by coating alone.

Specific tasks include:
- Attending a site visit for measurements;
- Power washing the roof to ensure proper adhesion;
- Repairing extensive damage before applying the new coating;
- Applying a minimum of two coats of elastomeric reflective roof coating;
- Ensuring all work complies with EPA and local regulations;
- Providing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products used;
- Maintaining a clean worksite;
- Performing all work during normal business hours unless otherwise approved.

Period of Performance
The contractor must commence work within five calendar days after receiving notice to proceed and complete all work within 30 days from the date of award.

Bidder Requirements
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Bidders must provide evidence of relevant experience in roofing work, comply with safety qualifications, possess necessary contractor licenses, and provide a payment bond. A site visit is mandatory for bidders to ascertain project specifics.
