Background
The U.S. Embassy in Riga, Latvia, is seeking proposals for the installation of roof railing systems across six buildings on the embassy compound. This initiative aims to enhance safety and health standards for Facilities Management staff, as the existing rooftops currently lack adequate fall protection.

Work Details
The Contractor is responsible for completing all work related to the installation of roof railing systems, which includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services. The work must comply with the general requirements outlined in the solicitation document. The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. All work must be performed in accordance with specified standards and regulations.

Bidder Requirements
