Description

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of four (4) Greenheck Evaporative Cooling Units, per Statement of Work and specification documents - Buildings 43 and 44 of the U.S. National Poultry Research Center, 950 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605.

A single site visit is scheduled for Friday, June 12, 2020, 11:00am ET. Contractors are limited to two individuals and must communicate their intent to attend no later than Thursday, June 11, 2020, 1:00pm ET, along with the names and titles of those attending. The information must be provided to the Contracting Officer at randal.barnett@usda.gov. Attendees must provide and wear a mask due to COVID 19, and practice appropriate social distancing.

Requests for information must be provided to the Contracting Officer no later than June 17, 2020, 5pm ET at randal.barnett@usda.gov.

Please note that completion of this project is urgent. There will be no extensions of time for submission of proposals.
