(i) This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Background

- Time and Price Estimates: Provide estimates for time and costs prior to each job for approval.
- Systems Furniture Disassembly and Assembly: Manage the disassembly, assembly, modification, replacement, or relocation of office furniture including workstations, chairs, bookcases, file cabinets, and storage cabinets. The contractor must have expertise in moving systems furniture.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is set to begin 90 days after the award of the contract and will last for a total of 5 years.
