The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23156, APO, AE 09054 requires Installation Maintenance Services for U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart (USAG-S), and surrounding areas to include U.S. Army Installation Areas, Army Family Housing, Unaccompanied Personnel Housing, and leased facilities. This requirement will include all management, material, supplies, supervision, personnel, labor, facilities, transportation, general and specialized equipment, maintenance, and repair services.

USAG Stuttgart Directorate of Public Works will host a site visit, at a future date, which will be announced via amendment to this posting.
