Background
The NAWCAD WOLF Combat Integration and Identification Systems (CI and IDS) Division, operating under the oLSI model, has a requirement to provide installation and certification support. This requirement includes the installation and certification of systems and sub-systems; provisioning of training materials; provisioning of technical manuals; system support and technical assistance; and shipping support services.

Work Details
This is a full and open competitive procurement that will result in placement of a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Term Level of Effort (LOE) and/or CPFF Completion task orders will be issued. The contract will have a five-year ordering period with the possibility of a six-month option to extend using determined upon award of each TO. The contractor will be required to have a SECRET facility clearance and a SECRET clearance for personnel identified in Section C Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph 3.2.2 prior to issuance of a task order under this contract.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence on 01 February 2025 and shall continue for a period of 60 months after the start of the ordering period. However, the period of performance may be extended through the option provisions contained herein. Each individual task order will have its own period of performance.

Place of Performance
Approximately 53% of work will be performed at Government site and 47% at contractor site.
The contractor shall provide its own support facility needed to perform the tasking within 50 ground transportable miles of NAWCAD WOLF, St. Inigoes, MD.
