CLIN 0001 - Install Security Grilles Bldg 35

To provide all labor, materials, tools, parts and equipment to install secondary security grilles and appurtenances to overhead doors in order to meet security requirements. The work is located at the perimeter of Building 35, approximately as indicated. All work will be performed in accordance with Statement of Work under Project # 21ES051, which is attached and incorporated. Wage Determination General Decision Number NY2 dated 08/13/2021 applies and is incorporated. Magnitude of this entire project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Period of Performance is 270 days after award. Contracting Officer Representative (COR) is Michael White. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required.

The work is located at the perimeters of Building 120, approximately as indicated. All work will be performed in accordance with Statement of Work under Project # 21ES051, which is attached and incorporated. Wage Determination General Decision Number NY2 dated 08/13/2021 applies and is incorporated. Magnitude of this entire project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
