The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to INSTALL GROUNDING PLATES AT PUMP STATIONS 1, 2 AND 3, Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) HACHINOHE, JAPAN in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 21 May 24 and NAVFAC Drawings. Response Date/Quotation Due date of 2024/02/20 11 :00 AM is Japanese Standard Time(JST}. This solicitation is intended for local sources. Local sources are those persons or entities normally resident and licensed to conduct business in Japan. Offers from non-local sources will not be considered under this solicitation in accordance with the provisions of the U.S.-Japan Status of Forces Agreement.

Background
The contract is issued by NAVFAC Far East for the installation of grounding plates at Pump Stations 1, 2, and 3 located at the Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) in Hachinohe, Japan.

The mission of NAVFAC is to provide facilities engineering support to the Navy and Marine Corps. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper installation of grounding plates to enhance safety and operational efficiency at these fuel support stations.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to install grounding plates at Pump Stations 1, 2, and 3.

This work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated May 21, 2024, and NAVFAC Drawings No. 17320284. The contractor is required to begin performance within 15 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed and complete it within 150 calendar days. The work includes compliance with all applicable regulations and standards as outlined in the SOW.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract begins within 15 calendar days after award and must be completed within a total of 150 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Pump Stations 1, 2, and 3 located at the Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) in Hachinohe, Japan.
