Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this contract to provide a new 200 KW electrical generator for the Fisher House at Audie L. Murphy Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. The goal of the contract is to ensure reliable backup power for both Fisher House I and Fisher House II, enhancing the facility's operational capabilities and support for veterans and their families.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary for site preparation and installation of a new 200KW electrical generator. This includes:

- Demolition and removal of existing structures;
- Excavation;
- Grading;
- Installation of a diesel-powered emergency generator;
- Construction of a generator enclosure with a base-mounted fuel tank and load bank;
- Installation of an annunciator panel;
