Install Dedicated Fire Suppression Water Distribution System for North Campus, Lower Zone   3

Background
The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located at 11301 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA has a requirement to “Install Dedicated Fire Suppression Water Distribution System for North Campus, Lower Zone”. The project will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. The project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be listed as verified in the SBA VetCert database at https://www.sba.gov/vetcert.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings (when available) of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
