SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

1) Safety EM-385-1-1, Current Edition.

2.) Escort (Required). Work schedule must be submitted to PW POC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to remove existing HVAC units. Add additional HVAC unit in Room 100A2. Replace HVAC unit in Room 100A4. Run new electrical wiring and necessary conduit to feed new indoor unit and larger outdoor unit.

LOCATION: NAS, Building 448, Patuxent River, M.D., 20670.
