Background
The contract is for inspection, testing, maintenance, and repairs needed for a 50,000-gallon water tank at Letterkenny Army Depot. The requirement is being advertised as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide Inspection & Maintenance of a 50,000-gallon tank located at Letterkenny Army Depot that shall be inspected to Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-601-02 standards 2-2.7. Technical guidance for the UFC is contained in NFPA 22 and NFPA 25. The services include providing the necessary parts and labor to make as needed repairs on the tank, including control valves, tank heating system, water level alarms, and an automatic fill valve.
The Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point is required to be Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance shall be one Base period of 90 days.

Place of Performance
The services are to be provided between the hours of 0630 on 1630 Monday through Thursday.
