This amendment discusses the following topics: verbiage relating to equipment and management moved to appropriate areas (these edits will be highlighted), incorporate the correct lift of Government Furnished Property, and the inclusive list of all Projnet questions and their answers. No other ProjNet questions will be reviewed or answered by the Government. No other changes have been made.

***Amendment P0002 has been posted. This amendment discusses the following topics: removal of CLIN 2020, changes to CLIN 3003 and 4003 regarding the performance of mowing and trimming at Arkabutla, changes to CLINs 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 in regards to overhead rate percentage, Exhibit 005 is replaced in its entirety, the NOTE in Section L is deleted in its entirety, and the slides from the Site Visit on 06/07/2022 are being incorporated. The last day to enter inquiries into ProjNet is Friday, June 17, 2022.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Vicksburg District has the continued responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Corps resources and interest in the Mississippi Flood Control projects within the state of Mississippi.

This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside procurement issued under NAICS code 561210, Facilities Support Services by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District (MVK). Many of the types of operations, maintenance, and repair activities that are included in the scope of this contract include but no limited to: Heavy Equipment Maintenance/Repairs; Recreation Area and Facility Cleaning; Solid Waste Collection, Transport, and Disposal; Visitor Center Operations and Maintenance; Graffiti Removal; Carpentry; Erosion Control Activities; Buoy Placement and Maintenance; Painting; Heating/Air Conditioning Services and repair maintenance; Masonry Repair; Landscaping; Wildlife and Fisheries Habitat Enhancement; Flood Control Structure Repairs and Maintenance; Road Maintenance/Repairs, tree trimming and removal due to breaks; security equipment maintenance; and unplanned & unscheduled maintenance. The Government intends to award a single performance-based five-year contract, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) with some Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) line items.
