Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on contract W912PB22D3010-W912PB25FA073 awarded to Lupp Facility Management for approximately $1,848,020 (03/31/25–03/30/26). The prior award scope is described as maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire extinguishing/sprinkler systems, which aligns closely with the current requirement for inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler and extinguisher systems across USAG Bavaria locations. The use of similar safety system types and the same general maintenance/inspection/repair functions suggest the new IDIQ may be a continuation or follow-on ordering vehicle for the same work.
