Background
The 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) is issuing a solicitation for a commercial Single Award Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of fire sprinkler and extinguisher systems at USAG Bavaria, Germany.

4. Ensuring all work meets specified performance standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
5. Managing demand maintenance orders (DMOs) effectively and providing timely reports on repair status to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
6. Implementing a Quality Control Plan to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
