The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), is soliciting quotes from contractors to provide Inpatient Dialysis Services for eligible VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS) veterans under an Indefinite Delivery Contract. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is soliciting quotes from contractors to provide Inpatient Dialysis Services for eligible veterans at the VA Central California Healthcare System (VACCHCS).

The goal of this contract is to ensure that veterans receive necessary dialysis treatments in a timely and efficient manner, supporting their health care needs.

Work Details
Contractor shall provide Inpatient Dialysis Services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services include:
1. Hemodialysis treatment, 4-hour duration - Estimated Quantity: 435 EA
2. Extended Hemodialysis treatment after initial 4 hours - Estimated Quantity: 25 EA
3. Same Day Service after core hours M-F and Weekends/Holidays - Estimated Quantity: 40 EA
4. Waiting time - 1/2 hour - Estimated Quantity: 35 EA
5. Peritoneal Dialysis treatment - Estimated Quantity: 70 EA
6. Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) - Estimated Quantity: 105 EA
7. Apheresis treatment - Estimated Quantity: 8 EA
8. CRRT Additional Cartridge - Estimated Quantity: 4 EA

All quantities are estimated and the contractor must provide all personnel, transportation, and equipment necessary for the treatments, including machines equipped with Redsense® dialysis alarms.

Period of Performance
The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract period is from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030, with five ordering periods spanning one year each.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the VA Central California Health Care System located at 2615 E. Clinton Ave, Fresno, CA.
