Innovative Design, Execution, and Acceleration Support (IDEAS) Activity

This requirement will be awarded to a small business organization that holds an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on General Services Administration (GSA). This Request for Task Order Proposal (RFTOP) is being competed through General Services Administration's (GSA's) OASIS Small Business in accordance with FAR 16.505, under the NAICS code Technical Services and 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services that have the capacity and a proven track record to provide professional and technical institutional support contract services The purpose of the Innovative Design, Execution, and Acceleration Support (IDEAS) contract is to provide design assistance, technical expertise, and administrative support that will bolster USAID and implementing partner efforts to execute open innovation programs. The IDEAS contract will also accelerate the resultant innovations for increased uptake in appropriate markets or contexts. In addition, the IDEAS contract will disseminate knowledge within USAID and the development community on open innovation best practices, successes, and lessons learned from both the innovations themselves and the programs supporting them.
